Jadelyn Ashley Downer, LMT, BCTMB
Jadelyn is the owner and instructor of Acclaim Clinical Massage Education. Jadelyn has been a licensed massage therapist since 2014, and is proud to also be Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, the highest credential available in the massage profession. Her practice focuses on evidence-based, anatomically focused bodywork, with a special interest in chronic pain management, injury recovery, and mental health. She specializes in orthopedic massage and neuromuscular massage techniques, while also incorporating principles and techniques of Swedish, deep tissue, and lymphatic massage.

Jadelyn graduated from Hawaii Healing Arts College, and spent the early years of her career at Massage Envy, before shifting focus to clinical work, first at OrthoSport Hawaii Physical Therapy, and then joining Fukuji and Lum Physical Therapy. She is also the owner of Hawaii Horse Massage, and is a board certified equine massage therapist and certified equine fascial integration therapist. Jadelyn is passionate about making the highest quality massage and bodywork easily accessible to all people by making sure all LMTs have the knowledge and education needed to practice with integrity, safety, and insightfulness.
About Acclaim Clinical Massage Education
Jadelyn founded Acclaim Clinical Massage Education in 2025 with the mission of providing exceptional educational experiences to licensed massage therapists, focusing on current medical knowledge and evidence-based techniques in order for LMTs to have the knowledge and skills necessary to seamlessly integrate with other healthcare providers as part of integrated treatment plans.
As an Approved Provider of Continuing Education by NCBTMB, Jadelyn carefully develops each course’s curriculum using educational design principles laid out in the Entry-Level Analysis Project and ABMP’s Cornerstones. Courses focus on detailed explorations of the anatomy, biomechanics, assessment, and treatment of various orthopedic conditions; practicing and refining advanced massage skills for working on specific areas of the body; and on building community and collaboration with fellow LMTs. All courses are applicable to both clinical and relaxation settings, and are perfect for LMTs who have a solid massage background and want to expand their skills with orthopedic knowledge to give their clients the best possible outcomes.

Partnership with Fukuji and Lum Physical Therapy
Jadelyn has been employed at Fukuji and Lum Physical Therapy as a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2023, performing clinical orthopedic massage with a focus on treating worker’s compensation patients. As Jadelyn embarked on her mission to start teaching about orthopedic massage, F&L offered their support as consultants and collaborators.
This unique opportunity to collaborate directly with experienced physical therapists and physical therapy assistants helps take Acclaim Clinical Massage Education’s classes to the next level. With a focus on developing integrated treatment plans, we help LMTs integrate seamlessly into clinical settings.
